Description of Property:
The living area and kitchen are open plan and air-conditioned. The living area can comfortably host more than two with a charcoal grey sofa, two armchairs with foot rests and reading lamps.
For entertainment, there is a flat screen TV (with French channels and four English news channels) and DVD player on a TV cabinet, and this apartment also offers Wi-Fi Internet access.
The large patio doors allow plenty of light into the apartment during the day and at night, roller shutters can be used to keep the apartment as dark as you want.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped for two with a built-in multi-functional microwave oven, a two ring electric hob, extractor fan, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. A breakfast bar and stools provide a pleasant dining area and a good place to perch, open wine and generally encourage the chef.
The sunny bedroom also has patio doors leading onto the terrace, and black out shutters for a good night's sleep. There are two single beds, for your comfort, the angle of recline for each bed can be individually adjusted via remote control.
There is also a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space, reading lamps and a separate air-conditioning unit for hot summer nights.
If you are travelling with a baby, a cot will fit in the bedroom.
The bathroom is fresh and modern, and the bath has a hand held shower.
The wash basin comes with a large mirror above and a mirrored unit below providing plenty of storage. The mirrors bounce light around the bathroom creating a feeling of space. The washing machine is also in the bathroom.
There is also a separate WC.
Outside Amenities: Patio doors lead out from the living area onto a balcony with a table and seating for two and a stunning birdseye view of the the surrounding city scape. Enjoy soaking up the sunshine at either the sunny terrace overlooking the hills, or the rooftop pool.

The apartment rests between Boulevard Risso, beside the Acropolis, which is where the main entrance to the building can be found, and Ave de Republique where there is a second entrance.
This area is a typical Nicois neighbourhood with its choice of local shops and services. From Ave de la Republique you are just a few minutes from the beautiful Place Grabaldi where you can relax on the terrace of one of the cafes or restaurants. It's a five minute walk to the Old Town, and a ten minute walk to the beach. En route you can take in the Museum of Modern Arts and Contemporary ART.
If you want to take advantage of Nice's excellent transport service and head out to Antibes, Monaco, Cannes and the pretty hilltop villages, the bus stops are only a five minute walk too. Also the tram stops Acropolis and Garibaldi are also just five minutes away- hop on the tram and just five stops will take you to the train station. If you are driving, there is a public car park at the Acropolis.
