Description of Property:   House structure

Set on two levels, this holiday rental villa is spacious and welcoming. The decor is the perfect marriage of rustic traditional charm with a contemporary feel.

It is located on the edge of a hill allowing for the feeling of being lost in nature. With lush green bushes and trees surrounding, one enjoys the privacy of the “arrière-pays” (“countryside”), tucked away from the bustling French Riviera coasts.

A steep driveway leads to an electric gate, guarding the property. The villa enjoys parking for 2-3 cars including one sheltered spot. Some small stone steps lead up to the villa.

The entry way is set on the ground floor where 3 out of the 4 bedrooms are located. A staircase then brings you up to the 1st floor, where kitchen, living space, and doorway to the outdoor space can be found.

Living Area

The open plan living room is bright with natural light, and infused with charm. The terracotta tiles blend gorgeously with the original dark wooden window frames, offering a charming rustic feel.

The open plan living area is organised around the large open fireplace. Cosy winter nights guaranteed! Three large black leather sofa faces a flat screen TV (with French Cable TV and English new channels). An additional L-shaped plush brown sofa offers additional seating. 8 can comfortably lounge in this space.

The dining area presents a large dining table with comfortable seating for chairs for ten people. There are also bar stools along the breakfast bar. Dining can also take place on the terrace area, and of course by the pool where there is a large patio set.

Al fresco dining is on the cards.


The kitchen combines elegance and functionality, blending smooth white countertops and travertine tiles with stainless steel appliances and dark grey cabinets.

The large kitchen bar provides plenty of space for preparing stunning meals, or food to pop onto the BBQ.

Amenities include a large American double-fridge and full-size freezer, dishwasher, 4-ring induction hob, Bosch oven and microwave.


There are four bedrooms on the ground floor, and one bedroom on the top floor. All bedrooms are spacious, and have windows with views onto the greenery and gardens outside.

As you enter the villa, the first bedroom to the left offers a setting for serenity. Soft touches of green come to compliment the minimal decor and remind one of the gardens seen through the large windows. The bedroom boasts a King size bed (160cm), matching bedside tables and lamps, as well a large built-in closet for your belongings.

The second bedroom presents a similar layout with a double bed (140cm). The lightwood bed frame and large mirrored closet adds an extra blight and modern feel. This bedroom enjoys the added luxury of its own private en suite shower room.

These two bedrooms share access to a small patio.

The third bedroom is a twin bedroom with two single beds (90cm). Ideal for friends or children. Simple in decor, it also benefits from a large closet – so plenty of storage space. The highlight of the room may be the TV and PS4 game console – which we are certain, will delight more than one.

Next door, the fourth bedroom enjoys a similar practical setup with two single beds (90cm), wooden bedside tables, and ample storage space.

The remaining bedroom – the master bedroom – can be found on the 1st floor. Decorated in a soft yellow tone, it boasts a King size bed (160cm), matching bedside tables and set of drawers. The highlight is most definitely the mini projector and roll-down white screen. Plug in your computer or portable DVD and turn the bedroom into your very own home cinema.

There are 2 bathrooms downstairs, and one bathroom upstairs.
The first bathroom is en suite to the master bedroom, and enjoys a walk-in shower with rain head, sink and vanity unit.

The second bathroom is equally appointed with a large walk-in shower, rain head, sink, vanity unit and towel heater.

The last bathroom is located upstairs, on the first floor. It presents a bathtub with showerhead, as well as sink and vanity unit.

There are two separate WCs – one on each floor.

Outside Amenities:  The garden/pool area can be accessed from the large doors in the living room, or from a little pathway from the entrance door on the ground floor.

Step outside to the family BBQ area. Find a large table with seating for 8 people, under the shelter of some stylish awnings. With the BBQ to one side, it makes the perfect setting for al fresco dinners.

Surrounded by flowering trees and shrubs, the green lawn provides a welcoming sun-lounging space. With a swing set to the back of the garden, it also makes for a great play area for young children. This space is separated by a safety gate from the pool area – so ideal & easy for families with small kids.

To the left, on a lower level: the pool offers a fantastic area for fun and relaxation.

Guests have a multitude of options when it comes to where they want to soak in the sunshine. Pick one of the three sun loungers or sit back in one of the comfortable couches in the outdoor salon. The wooden deck also welcomes another dining table with matching benches. Will you prefer a lunch by the pool, or a post-swim apéritif as the sun goes down... We recommend both!

The pool area enjoys a Southeast position. It is surrounded by an alarm - safety system that can be activated by the pool maintenance man, on demand.

Whether you would like to spend an afternoon lounging beside the pool, play a friendly game of tennis or host a lavish dinner party, this property is the ideal Provençal getaway.

The property’s location is excellent as it’s in close proximity to the village of Cabris, a charming French hamlet.

Within 2 minutes drive, you will find delicious restaurants, a bakery, butcher, fruit vendor and a couple of cafés. Become a true local in no time at all!

A highlight includes the tennis club – with multiple courts, just minutes away from the house.

With the mountains nearby (10mins), hiking is one of the many activities you could enjoy. Three nearby ski stations are available 1 to 20 kilometers away which include snowshoeing, cross country and the slopes of the French Alps. Mountain biking is also a very popular choice – a different way to explore the hidden paths of the Côte d’Azur! If rest without noise or an escape from the busy Cannes, Juan Les Pins or Antibes sounds appealing to you, this is the place to do so. The highway is within 25 minutes drive, so you can still get to all the fantastic places around the French Riviera, or hop to the Coast for a beach day.

10 minutes drive away, is Grasse – the world capital of perfume. Discover the long established perfurmeries Fragonard, Molinard and Galimard. 25 minutes drive away, the city of Cannes, with its yachts, fine-sand beaches and luxury shopping.

After a busy day of exploring, guests will adore coming home to this French holiday rental villa and winding down with a glass of chilled rosé on one of the sunny terraces.
