Surrounding Area:  Lalbenque is a developing, but still very traditional village with all mod cons. It is in the heart of the Lot which is a popular tourist area, but not as overcrowded as the Dordogne. Public pool and tennis courts in village, as well as three restaurants, supermarket, bank, pharmacy etc. There are many walks direct from the house, two bikes available. Plenty of historic places to visit. Cahors is just 20 mins drive and has everything including multiplex cinema, theatre and weekly "brocante" and market.
