Bedroom (16m²): quality king size bed; ample storage with french doors to private deck and garden. Washing machine and tumble drier secreted in built in unit.

Bathroom (8m²) (disabled friendly) with 1.20m² Italian shower. No bath.

Deck (15m²) with teak table, chairs, loungers and parasol.

The owner (now retired) successfully ran a gite business for 15 years in another property and is on hand for advice about the local area, running gites and house buying.

References available from previous guests.

Not advertised as sleeping 4 but there is a quality king size sofa bed in living room. Useful for passing guests or if taking this apartment and the bigger one together, as it enables 3 king bedrooms plus small bedroom with 170 x 190 bed. See floor plan.

Surrounding Area:  Lalbenque is a developing, but still very traditional village with all mod cons. It is in the heart of the Lot, which is a popular tourist area, but not as overcrowded as the Dordogne. Public pool and tennis courts in village, as well as three restaurants, supermarket, bank, doctor, hairdresser, pharmacy etc. There are many walks direct from the house, two bikes available. Plenty of historic places to visit. Cahors is just 20 mins drive and has everything including multiplex cinema, theatre and weekly "brocante" and market. There are also many historic tourist sites in the area. Very well placed for house searches in a wide circumference.
