KITCHEN:
The kitchen is open plan to the living area and comes with a good sized fridge freezer, four-ring hob with extractor fan, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The washing machine is located in the storage room, just off the living area.

BEDROOMS:
Both bedrooms are similar in size and, like the rest of the apartment, are tastefully furnished. They come with two bedside tables, elegant reading lamps, luxury curtains and are finished with cushions and artwork.
A travel cot can be nestled into the bedroom space if needed. Travel cots can be ordered from us upon checkout.

The main bedroom, decorated in soft brown hues with touches of colour, has a king size bed and a wardrobe with plenty of hanging space.

Combining natural tones with stronger purples and golds, the second bedroom has a double bed, and walk-in wardrobe with hanging space and a chest of drawers.

BATHROOM:
Complete with his and hers wash-basins, the bath has an overhead shower attachment and a heated towel rail.
There is a separate WC just next to the main bathroom.

Surrounding Area:  NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Literally minutes from the beach and Promenade des Anglais, this is a great location for a holiday apartment. Boulevard Gambetta, with its abundance of supermarkets and bakeries is right around the corner, and the bustling Pedestrian area is a mere 500 metres away.
For those looking to visit the surrounding area, the train station is just fifteen minutes away, and buses to the Port and Matisse museum stop just two streets up from the apartment.
