Outside Amenities: The property is set in a secluded private position off a little used lane. Parking area and car park straight off the road. Extensive lawns and flower beds, BBQ area and courtyard table, umbrellas & chairs. mature grounds with lovely shrubs and fruit trees (apples, cherries, pears & plums) During the summer months a gardener comes to cut the grass and trim the borders. Safe for children and pets. The old mill stream runs past the property. The mill path is accessed through a gate. A two storey outbuilding has recently been converted into a games room (Pool, table football, darts etc) and on the first floor is an area suitable for an office or studio. Surrounding Area: The property has approx 10 acres of land attached, most of which is used by the local farmer for grazing and corn.
