Pricing Info: The farm house and the gite comprise an ensemble and the total rent reflects this. It is possible to earn an income in excess of €6,500 with the holiday rental of the gite.
We would much prefer to rent the main house and the gite together. However.....
Option 1) Rent house and gite together, lessee runs gite as small business, typically generating €6500 per annum.
Option 2) Rent the main house only (for separate negotiable amount) and we would run the gite as a holiday let.
The lessee will need to get contents insurance and pay the phone/internet, water and electricity.
Taxe d’Habitation, Taxe Foncieres and building insurance are included in the rental price.
