There is a cellar with the oil tank etc . The gound floor has the downstairs wc, living and dining rooms, kitchen and access to the covered porch, shed and garden to the rear. The first floor has two double bedrooms and bathroom. The windows and doors are double glazed, apart from the second bedroom to the rear, which is an ideal summer bedroom. Shutters on all windows and downstairs doors. There is a loft which could be used for some storage. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven and gas hob (bottled gas) The street is very quiet - the main bedroom overlooks the street and the garden opposite.
Outside Amenities: Covered porch used as a sun room - outside garden space with loungers and a BBQ. The washing machine is in a shed just outside the porch. Garden is secure and now real maintenance.
Surrounding Area: Post office on the corner as is the Butcher. The church, florist and local cafe just 200 metres and in the summer months there are some 'pop up' shops including an artisan market with Apero concerts once a week. A weekly fresh produce market and Tourism office. There is a supermarket, boulangerie, corner shop, restuarant and bank about 1km away. Also a very pretty lake with a 'beach' about a 15 min walk.
