Located on the 4th floor with no lift, the 77 stairs provide a good work out to burn off some of that fine French food!

LIVING AREA
The living area and kitchen are open plan with wooden flooring, a skylight and wooden ceiling beams. There is a large dining table and four chairs that seamlessly blends with the elegant kitchen units and worktop. A large mirror and skylight provides a light and airy feeling. The TV is mounted neatly on the wall above a low sideboard. There is a comfortable plum three seater sofa with coffee table which stands on a decorative grey rug. KITCHEN

The washing machine/dryer is located in a cupboard in the bathroom. A large old style clock on the wall is purely for decor, as time slips by that time in your French home.

BEDROOMS
The bedrooms have lots of natural light with large windows with custom-made curtains. The main bedroom has a large, comfortable King Size bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, a glass panelled double sized wardrobe and a vanity area with chest of drawers and mirror. There is enough space for a baby cot should you be travelling with a baby.
The second bedroom has a King Size bed with two bedside tables and reading lamps, a double wardrobe and occasional chair. A sliding door separates the bedroom from the living area.

Stairs in the second bedroom, lead up to a mezzanine area with a low wooden beamed ceiling which has a single bed ideal for a child but large enough for an adult. The mezzanine has its own vanity area with dressing table, bedside table, and overhead light for reading.

BATHROOM
The cool and contemporary shower room is fitted with a walk in shower with attractive feature tiling and rain shower. A large wooden vanity unit houses a double wash basin, storage underneath and a large mirror. A useful towel wall heater completes the room. A window opens up to a spectacular view of Nice's rooftops.

Surrounding Area:  The well known Rue Droite is a typical Nicois street located in the very heart of the Old Town. This enviable location gives you a perfect central base from which to explore all Nice has to offer.
Rue Droite is home to many local artists' galleries as well as the Palais Lascaris, an impressive stately home tucked away on this winding road. Place Rossetti is just steps away with its dominant Cathedral and famous ice cream parlour, Fenocchio. The Cours Saleya daily market is also less than 5 minutes walk away.
If you feel like exploring further afield, it's only a 5 minute walk to the main bus stops. The train station is 25 minutes away or, hop on the tram, and you’re there in five. You can reach the beach and Promenade in 2 minutes, and the Port and main shopping area in 10 minutes. If you're planning on using a car, the Cours Saleya underground car park is on the doorstep.
