Description of Property:   3 double bedrooms and a family sized bathroom, 1 bedroom has a 4 poster king sized bed and the other 2 bedrooms (one of them an en-suite) can either be super king size or 2 single beds in each. The gardens are well maintained and the pool is surrounded by lovely plants, including olive and fruit trees.
The kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave and there is a washing machine in the utility room. A TV and internet access is also provided for our guests convenience.

Please note the price is inclusive of a reasonable use of utilities but excludes taxes.

Outside Amenities:  There are outside dining areas - a covered terrace at the back overlooking the private pool and a further terrace at the front with views of the Aude Valley. There are also a couple of seating areas in the gardens where you can enjoy watching the sunrise or sunset or just the stars. There is also an outbuilding for storage.

Surrounding Area:  Esperaza is a small town and is 10 mins walk from the villa. It has a famous market each Sunday and a smaller one each Thursday as well as a selection of local shops, including an award winning bakery.
As well as being perfectly positioned for exploring the Cathar castles the villa is only 10 minutes drive from places where you can enjoy watersports such as canoeing or just walks along the river.
You can be at the Mediterranean coast in less than an hour or ski slopes within a similar time.
