Description of Property:   Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom house with panoramic views of Politg village, surrounding countryside and the Pyrenees. The house has a modern kitchen with all amenities. An upside down house designed specifically with the living area upstairs to take in the magnificent views of the countryside from its two outside terraces. There are three living areas, the large family room and kitchen has a log burner, perfect for cosy winter evenings. There is a dining room with access to the outdoor terrace and a living room with a television and access to the outdoor terrace. The property has electric radiators throughout.
The main upstairs terrace is very large, (6m 3m), and houses a dining area for 8 people as well as sofa and chairs to relax and enjoy drinks and snacks. Downstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms have bunk beds and a single bed in each. The family bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower.
The house has 7 m by 3m swimming pool set in a delightful private patio area. There is a small pool house which houses the washing machine.

Outside Amenities:  There is a completely private (not overlooked) 7m x 3m pool which can be made available off season on request and a small patio area. Upstairs the large balcony can be accessed from the house and is perfect for outside dining with seating for up to 8 people. There is a smaller terrace at the front of the house.

Surrounding Area:  Set in a peaceful hamlet, nestled at the foot of the Pyrenees and perfect for mountain biking and walking. Only 10 mins drive from the bustling market town of Thuir with its wonderful selection of cafe's, bars, restaurants and 'chic' shops and the famous Caves de Byhrr.There are 4 large supermarkets and a fantastic market on Saturday mornings.
Ceret, made famous by Picasso is just a 30 minute drive away as is the picturesque port of Collioure, Spain and our fantastic Mediterranean beaches.

A one month deposit is requested on reservation which is returned at the end of the rental period.
