LIVING AREA

A rare gem for a vacation rental in central Nice, its luxurious charm is a delightful surprise.

The front door opens onto a welcoming entrance hall with two armchairs and an elegant wall-mounted mirror, which sets the refined tone to come. Lovely French fashion prints, highlighting iconic designers from the 1950’s, grace the hallway leading to the lounge.

Enjoy the sense of grandeur as you walk into the open-plan sitting room, where high ceilings and vast windows frame the space. The room is wonderfully eclectic: a gorgeous chandelier twinkles and splashes its light on the cream walls, whilst a matching bench and armchair sit around the beautiful hardwood coffee table.

The vintage-styled leather sofa comfortably seats up to 4. It rests beside the wall-mounted flat screen TV and might just be the prime place to settle back and admire this home’s detailed treasures.
Ornate furnishings, paintings and intricate statuettes come to complement this unique space in central Nice.

KITCHEN

The beautiful parquet floor stands out against the sleek white kitchen. All open-plan, it has abundant countertop space and plenty of convenient storage. The attached cooking island doubles up as a pristine dining bar, with six bar stools.

The kitchen itself boasts the best of modern conveniences, with a full-sized American fridge and freezer, four gas hob rings, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Amenities include a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. These can be found conveniently nestled in the separate laundry room, along with a hand washbasin.

BEDROOMS

Dreams will certainly be sweet in any of the three well-appointed bedrooms.

The master bedroom is adorned with floral wallpaper and cream-coloured curtains. Spacious and welcoming, it is stylish with an elegant chandelier, bespoke side tables, wall mounted reading lamps and last, but not least, an extra large comfortable British king-size bed (190cm).

Other perks include the tailored walk-in closet with plenty of storage and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, rain head, and freestanding bathtub. All fittings offer an extra point of luxury from the crystal chandeliers to the polished silver taps.

The second bedroom is found across the hallway. In hues of pink and light cerulean blue, it is fun and distinctive with its colourful floral wallpaper. It enjoys a British King sized bed (160cm).

The third bedroom, down a separate hallway is calmer in its charms, covered in light French grey and soft stripes. It benefits from a desk and two single beds (90cm), making it ideal for children or friends to share.

Both the first and second bedrooms enjoy beautiful ornate headboards, private hanging/ cupboard space, bedside tables, wall mounted reading lamps and mirrors – all contributing to create a truly comfortable and magnificent space.

All bedrooms enjoy separately controlled AC units, black-out curtains and double glazed windows.

BATHROOMS & WC

This holiday rental apartment has the advantage of having two separate bathrooms and an additional water closet.

The en-suite to the master bedroom has its own charm with gorgeous black tiles on both the floor and the wall. It is beautifully appointed with a ceramic hand basin, large glass walk-in shower with rain head, a towel warmer and a classic freestanding bathtub.

The second bathroom is equally sophisticated, perfectly polished with designer tiles. It presents two hand basins, ornate wall-mounted mirrors, vanity unit, gorgeous walk in shower with rain-head and hand-held shower head, a towel warmer, plus a toilet.

Last but not least, there is a separate water closet with sink and toilet at the end of the hallway.

Guests arriving at the property via the free airport pick-up service do not have to pay late check-in charges at the apartment, but a EUR 10 extra charge still applies for arrivals after 19:00. • -- Booking longer than 8 weeks ahead of stay, 25% non-refundable booking deposit required.
• -- Booking under 8 weeks ahead of stay, Full Payment required (minus a cash arrival fee to be paid during handover of keys).

• -- 25% Booking deposit NON-REFUNDABLE
• -- Cancellation over 35 days before arrival, 50% will be refunded;
• -- Cancellation over 21 days before arrival, 25% will be refunded.
• -- Any bookings cancelled at 21 days or less lose all monies.

• Refunds can only be made by direct payment back to the credit card they were received from.

• Should you need to claim lost monies through your insurance company, we will assist where we can.
