This first floor 70m² apartment has spectacular views over the river from the living room, kitchen and each of the double bedrooms, all flooded with natural light from floor to ceiling windows, opening onto balconies, both front and side.
The apartment is also available for summer holiday rentals with a minimum stay of 6 days.

Outside Amenities: The heated swimming pool is open for the exclusive use of guests from May to September, with its 25-meter terrace overlooking the river, and in addition to the breakfast table in the kitchen, and café table on the balcony, the side balcony gives access to a guest’s private patio with barbecue, parasol, loungers, dining table, etc. for al fresco dining, and also gives immediate access to the open meadows/woods beyond. Despite the seclusion, the center of Beaulieu is only walking distance away.
Surrounding Area: This apartment is a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Dordogne valley region. Guests may fish or hire a canoe on the river, or visit numerous nearby villages also awarded the designation "Plus beaux villages de France" like Turenne, Curemont, Collonges-la-Rouge, Segur-le-Chateau, or spend time at Rocamadour, Sarlat or Padirac. In the center of Beaulieu is an “Office de Tourisme” able to direct guests (mainly in the summer months) to the many sporting activities, festivals, walks, museums etc. which guests can enjoy. Some may prefer to sit with a coffee on the balcony table and watch the river's endless flow, or be active on the internet.
At Brive-la-Gaillard some 45 minutes away, there is an international airport, plus a railway with direct and frequent trains to Paris (4 hours 20 minutes) and the major A20 motorway linking Toulouse—Paris, and is an important shopping venue where the largest French retail stores can be visited.
