Description of Property:
The two bedroom apartment is very spacious with an American kitchen.
Small dining area with possibility to put a larger table in the sitting area for rentals of more than 6 months.
There is a large shower with wc, also washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside Amenities: There is a sitting area in the garden apart from your private terraces. Also a swimming pool that you may use at your own risk and a fully equipped outside kitchen. This is shared with ourselves, friends and family and our other downstairs apartment. There is a washing line for drying your clothes.
The apartment has a very steep staircase so not suitable for those with limited mobility, sorry.
Surrounding Area: We are situated in a small village in the countryside with about 200 people.
The nearest town is L'isle en Dodon 6 kms from us. There's a village hall but no bars or restaurants.
We are one hour from Toulouse and a half hour from Saint Gardens with the nearest hospital.
We are around 1h15 minutes to Tarbes, Pau and Lurdes and 1hr 30 minutes from Spain.
|Heating system:||There is a wood burner in the lounge and electric heaters in the bedrooms and bathroom. The bathroom also has a radiator that comes from our central heating free of charge. There is a mobile gas heater.|
