BUILDING

This holiday apartment is located in a typical French building with balconies. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and has a small two-person lift.

The windows are original French ones. No double-glazing.

LIVING AREA

The living area is airy and spacious. It is decorated with colourful Matisse prints, the high ceilings and six full length windows flood the room with wonderful Nicois sunshine. The two sofas offer plenty of seating for six, along with a comfortable, high-qulaity sofa bed mattress.

There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod dock.

There is also a separate air-conditioning unit in the living room.

The sofa can also be transformed into a double 140cm bed. This apartment can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. Please note there is an additional charge for sofa bed linen & towels in order to accommodate 6 people comfortably.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and washing machine/dryer combination. It is fully stocked with cookware to inspire the budding French chef in you. You'll have plenty of space and amenities to cook up your best meal yet!

The dining area is separate and centrally located in the apartment. It can seat five to six comfortably.

BEDROOMS

The main bedroom is adorned with pretty prints and has a 160cm British king size bed. It has two bedside tables, reading lamps, and a wardrobe for storage space.

The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds and some additional storage space for belongings.

Both bedrooms have private access to their own balconies with tables and chairs just waiting to be enjoyed for a sunny breakfast or an evening aperitif. They also have individually controlled air conditioning systems.

BATHROOMS & WC

The recently renovated bathroom is decorated in relaxing cornflower blue tiles. It has a bath with shower and two mirrors with his and her hand basins. No toilet.

There is a separate water closet with toilet.

Grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants are within a few minutes of your front door.

• --Please note that the following charges apply for late check-in, payable in cash upon arrival: - 19:00 to 22:00: EUR 20 - 22:00 to 00:00: EUR 40 - Check-in after midnight is subject to approval and costs EUR 60. Guests arriving at the property via the free airport pick-up service do not have to pay late check-in charges at the apartment, but a EUR 10 extra charge still applies for arrivals after 19:00. Please note that an additional EUR 50 charge applies to all arrivals on 24, 25 and 31 December, 1 January, Easter Sunday and 14 July. An additional 58€ will be applied for all bookings that require sofa bed linen (4 guests or more).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• PLEASE TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE it is the surest way to gain monies back in extraordinary, unfortunate circumstances, not only for apt rentals, but hotels, flights, and any other bookings you may make for your travels.

• -- Booking longer than 8 weeks ahead of stay, 25% non-refundable booking deposit required.
• -- Booking under 8 weeks ahead of stay, Full Payment required (minus a cash arrival fee to be paid during handover of keys).

• -- 25% Booking deposit NON-REFUNDABLE
• -- Cancellation over 35 days before arrival, 50% will be refunded;
• -- Cancellation over 21 days before arrival, 25% will be refunded.
• -- Any bookings cancelled at 21 days or less lose all monies.

• Refunds can only be made by direct payment back to the credit card they were received from.

• Should you need to claim lost monies through your insurance company, we will assist where we can.
