Description of Property: Les Chevilloux is a complex of a main house and 2 gîtes with over 3 acres of ground. It was built in the 1800's and is a good example of a Charentais house. La Forge has been recently renovated to provide a comfortable holiday let whilst retaining it's rustic charm. The lounge/diner consists of 2 large sofas, a wood burning stove, gas central heating and a dining area for 4 people. There is also a large bookcase which contains a great choice of books and board games. The main bedroom is huge and contains a large wardrobe with hanging space and lots of shelves and a large sideboard. There is also a small french dressing table and stool.

Outside Amenities: Outside in the sizeable garden there is a 10m x 5m pool which is open for all from 9am - 9pm, May - October, around the pool there are several loungers and a solar shower. The garden is delightful and there is also an area designated for children to enjoy themselves, complete with trampoline, tree house and a swing. Our chickens are a constant delight to everyone and fresh eggs are usually available.
