Small terrace, small kitchen, beautiful dining room and living room with library, 2 bedrooms and 1 office area which can be used as an extra bedroom, large bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin This house is perfectly furnished, all amenities nearby: Grocery, bakery, pharmacy, post office, bus, etc....

Outside Amenities: Our 400 m² garden is well maintained and we have a person who comes to trim the hedges.

On foot you can go to the historic town and visit the nearby ancient remains. You also have the Cathédrale Saint-Léonce de Fréjus which is a Roman Catholic cathedral located in the historic center of Fréjus, in the Var department. It has been listed as a Historic Monument since 1862. It is originally a medieval building but spans several eras.
The streets surrounding the historic center are very commercial and lively. In addition, the city is full of shops, especially on the roads leading to the beach. Markets: Saturday morning in the historic center of Fréjus. Sunday morning: on the beachfront of Fréjus.
A former military port and Roman city, Fréjus overlooks the rich alluvial plains that separate the Estérel from the Massif des Maures. Halfway between Cannes and St Tropez, this city of art and culture has built up a rich historical and architectural heritage. Since the presence of the Roman legions after the foundation of the city in 49 by Julius Caesar in person, it was called Forum Julii (the market of Julius), and is today known as Fréjus. Some notable places in Fréjus - Roman arena, Villa Marie, colonnade, the city is dotted with monuments, including one of the largest amphitheaters in Gaul (1st or 2nd century), the Roman Theatre, the golden gate (remains of the 3rd century thermal baths), Augustus' lantern (remains of the old Roman port), the Porte des Gaules or the aqueduct which brought the waters of the Siagnole (from Mons!) over a 40 km route, the Cocteau chapel (designed by J. Cocteau in 1961 and finished by E. Dermit in 1965).
Fréjus is also a seaside town where the sea regains its place in the heart of the city with the construction of Port-Fréjus, in the district of Fréjus-Plage, partially destroyed in 1959 by the waters of the Malpasset dam after it broke. The small port of St Aygulf gives access to the coastal path and to discover the creeks and the fine sandy beaches of this pleasant hamlet of Fréjus.
