Description of Property:   La Maison de Bosc is a beautifully renovated stone house, which dates back to the 1800's!

The gîte has a total surface area of 200 m², and it can sleep up to nine people within the four bedrooms.

The ground floor consists of a large fully-equipped kitchen with a pellet burner, walk-in shower room and W.C, a large living room and dining room heated by another pellet burner, with views towards the garden and swimming pool area. A stunning grand hall, turned into entertainment room with a billiards table, bar tables, bar stools and a drinks fridge, are also located on the ground floor. Moving up to the first floor, there is a landing area overlooking the grand hall, and four bedrooms and a bathroom.

No smoking is allowed inside the property. We are sorry but property is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the stairs to the first floor.

Outside Amenities:  The gîte adjoins the owners' house and is surrounded by a large garden full of flowers and trees. The guests can take advantage of a shaded terrace equipped with garden furniture and a BBQ area. A non-heated swimming pool with solar shower is open from Jun to September. Access to the property is controlled by an electric gate with secured parking for up to 3 cars.

Surrounding Area:  La Maison de Bosc is a 5 minute drive from the Bastide town of Mirepoix, with its busy Market square on Mondays and Thursdays, bustling with restaurants and entertainment throughout the year.
Did you know that since March 2022, the town of Mirepoix has been officially classified as a "Remarkable Heritage Site". This is a fine recognition, which protects and enhances the historical, architectural, archaeological, and artistic heritage of this unique place.

Pricing Info:  Pellets for the pellet burners are payable at an extra cost. Electricity included up to 100 Euros per month and water 8m3 is included per month.
A security deposit of 500 Euros will be requested by bank transfer or cash at check in.

Bed linen provided; towels on request.

An inventory (état des lieux) will be completed on arrival.
The renters are asked to leave the house in the same clean state as it was in when they arrived.
