(Hosts live downstairs but have separate access via porch). Access to first floor via staircase, at the top of which is your own lockable, front door. This leads onto the corridor. Very large double bedroom with comfortable double bed (bedding provided) immense wardrobe and cupboard space, ceiling fan, beautiful views from windows. Single bedroom with single bed (bedding provided) bedside cabinet, shelf, clothes rack, lovely views. Large lounge with corner sofa, additional seating, Apple storage space with quality Roll-top desk, TV (English or French) Radio/CD player, books, tourist information. Kitchen/diner with dining table, mini oven, microwave, double hotplate, cutlery, crockery, fridge, kettle, toaster, tea/coffee/ sugar, a few basic food items (bread, butter, etc) to tide you over until you can get to the shops, fire extinguisher, broom-cupboard, (cleaning utensils provided) ample storage space for food and pots and pans. Separate WC. Bathroom with bath, washbasin, chest of drawers. Constant hot water. At the back of the building is a swimming pool, which is open from April to September. This is normally available but is subject to there being no guests in the gite at the back, La Vieille Boulangerie, or to their agreement.

Surrounding Area: Church opposite. Bar/restaurant/shop a short walk away. Pharmacy, supermarket, bank, garage, bakers, florist, post office at 10 minutes. Doctors, railway station, wide rangę of shops and restaurants at 15 minutes. Schools, hospital, all big shops at 15 minutes (Carhaix).
Walks starting from church just across the road. Gorges of Locarn, Landes (moors) of Locarn. Beautiful walks around the Corong de Locarn. Lakes (fishing, walking, boating) at Mael Carhaix (10 minutes) and Callac (15 minutes) La Vallée des Saints at 15 minutes. Several beaches (1 hour) Les Monts d’Arree (1/2 hour).
