Description of Property:
As soon as you arrive & enter by the first enclosed patio you'll feel at home by the seaside. The door opens to a large hallway with place for 2 or 3 bikes. A newly fitted shower room with large Rain-bath shower & separate WC. Take off your boots, put down your bags & climb the stairs to discover the secret roof terrace with flowering Bougainvilleas, Oleanders & where you'll enjoy sunbathing, reading or sharing a bottle of wine at sunset.
There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The smaller room has a comfortable bed which can be extended from 80cm to 160cm . This room has two uses: as a private lounge with second TV & Netflix, looking out towards the terrasse if you're a couple using the adjacent master bedroom, or as a second bedroom for good friends or your child/children. Note that access to the Master bedroom is via the smaller room. The Master bedroom is 18m2 with a very comfortable 160cm large double bed with new mattress & topper. A corner for reading, drawers & wardrobe. High quality bedlinen & towels provided.
Descend the staircase & discover the large sitting & dining room. Elegantly furnished in seaside cottage style with a very comfortable 3 seater sofa, large coffee table & Smart TV with Netflix & unlimited internet channels.
Two windows look towards the first patio where you can dine Al Fresco.
The very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso machine & fridge-freezer leads from the living area. Plenty of white china, glasses & cutlery. Everything you need to cook up a storm with local ingredients freshly bought.
You're perfectly located in tranquility yet only a few steps via the ancient passageways to the historical centre & heart of the village. Do your shopping in the boutiques and supermarket, wine merchants & market. Relax with a glass in one of the bars or wineries & your holiday in this well-hidden little corner of paradise begins.
Guest access
The cottage and the two patios/terrasses are for your private use. The owner does not live on site but there is a caretaker in the village if needed.
Other things to note
Access to the cottage is via an impasse with several steps. In the interior there are different levels so unfortunately unsuitable for guests with restricted mobility. Very sorry but built in medieval times.

Getting around
Peyriac-de-Mer is set in the Narbonnais Seaside Natural Park. Parking is free with a permit (provided) near to the cottage. You can discover everything on foot, by bike, car or even the bus. The TGV rail station is at Narbonne. Airports at Carcassonne, Perpignan, Beziers, Montpellier & Toulouse. Motorway 10mins.
