Our house is a single storey house nestled in the 2700m² garden with terrace which opens onto a beautiful garden as well as the heated pool area. Suitable for 8 people. Some of the original wooden beams and stone walls have been lovingly restored to keep the typical style of the region.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens (conventional and microwave), an induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and numerous appliances as the famous Thermomix kitchen robot.... It open onto a dining room and a TV lounge (flat screen, WIFI available with Fiber 400mbps) with a wood burning stove.
The house also has a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. High chair and cot can be provided on request. Towels, bed linen and toiletries are provided.

The house is also a golfers heaven, located only 12 kms from Chateau Vigiers Golf course, one of the best courses in South West France, which also has a Michelin star restaurant Les Fresques but also the St Emilion Golf .
Local town of St Foy la Grande has a famous weekly Saturday market ( ranked amongst the 100 most beautiful markets in France).
The House is only 25 minutes from Bergerac airport, which is serviced by Ryanair and BA. Bordeaux Airport is 1 hour 30 mins. Accessible by car being 6 hours from Caen and St Malo Ferry ports.
