The stone built house sits in unspoiled countryside with magnificent views to the Pyrenees. On the ground floor there is a large living room/dining room with open fireplace and a modern kitchen, A large utility area has a washing machine and tumble dryer and there is a downstairs w/c.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all with stunning views South to the mountains. The main bedroom has a super king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with separate shower.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 2 single beds which can be put together if desired. Bedroom 2 has a bathroom with shower over (across the passage) and Bedroom 3 has an en-suite shower room.
The house has oil fired central heating. There is a 55in TV and powerful broadband wifi.

There are plenty of wonderful walks around the property and all the Cathar castles are within an easy drive (Carcassonne is about 50 minutes).
The village of Salles sur L'Hers is a 5 minute drive and has a butcher, baker and small supermarket and a medical centre.
The town of Castlenaudary is 20 minutes away, with several large supermarkets and good restaurants.
