Description of Property:   4 bedroom self contained gite. All bedrooms have a en-suite shower room. One bedroom is a double and the other 3 can be configured as superking or twin. Downstairs is a large fitted kitchen with dining for 8 people. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, glassware, pans, utensils etc and has microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee machines and an electric range cooker with 5 burner gas hob. The lounge has 2x comfy 4 seater sofas and a wood burner with back boiler that heats the radiators throughout the house. There is UK freesat TV as well as a DVD player and WiFi cabled into the Gite. Upstairs are the bedrooms and bathrooms, each has hanging space and drawers, 2 also have a dressing table and stool. Bedding and towels are available at no additional cost.
Washing machines and a tumble dryer can be used in a separate building shared by the occupants of the other gites where there are also lots of books, DVDs and board games you can use too.
We do accept well behaved pets in the winter by request.

Outside Amenities:  Private terrace outside the gite with seating for 8 and BBQ available during the milder months. Communal garden securely fenced all around.

Surrounding Area:  In a quiet hamlet close to the D948 between melle and sauze vaussais but surrounded by fields and quiet country lanes for walking and cycling. Bikes are available to use at your own risk.
Please note a car is necessary to get around in this area.
