Outside Amenities:  Secure garden which is shared with my home. Secure garage, perfect for bikes. Great views and use of the outdoor pool in the summer months as it is not heated.

Surrounding Area:  Nanteuil en Vallee is situated east of Ruffec which has a train station with links to Paris. It is in the north-west of the Charente department.
Nanteuil is a beautiful village with a mix of traditional stone and some half timbered houses. Some of these date back to the 12th Century which gives the village an attractive authenticity.
The village has links to St John the Baptist with the 15th century church being named after him. You will also discover the Nanteuil Abbey and Treasury Also the village has a wash house and stone fountain which was built for the pilgrims on the route to Santiago de Compostela.
There is also the beautiful Gardens of Argentor with its stunning pines and plane trees.
