Description of Property:   The Nest is a furnished, three story, three-bedroom house, (100 m²), with private entrance and garden. It is suitable for up to 6 people and decorated with original artworks. It is situated in the small hamlet of Couzinet, just a kilometre from the village of Montaut in the Ariège department of Midi-Pyrénées.

The open-plan ground floor of the house has a modern, well equipped, kitchen, dining area with a French-window to the garden and a very comfortable lounge area with flat-screen TV, DVD player and Chromecast streaming device.

On the first floor is a double bedroom across the full width of the front of the house, a twin bedroom with the window over-looking the garden and a bathroom with toilet, basin, shower/bath, and washing machine.

On the second floor is another very spacious room with a double and a single futon, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite WC and basin.

Outside Amenities:  The secluded garden, of lawn, flowerbeds and terraces, backs onto pastures. Relax in the sunshine or dappled shade and listen to the birds. Garden table, chairs, parasol, BBQ, and two sun-loungers are available.

Surrounding Area:  Access to A66 autoroute 5 km
Trains to Toulouse 8 km
Excellent area for walking, cycling, fishing, birdwatching, canoe and kayaking, horse-riding, boules.
Beautiful countryside views, Bastide villages and Cathar castles.

A security deposit of €150 is required on arrival, refunded if no problems are discovered after your departure.
Tourist tax = €10 per person / per month
