Note on the neighborhood:
Please note that our charming house is located on a street that becomes pedestrian-only during summer, on Friday and Saturday evenings, and it is close to a restaurant/bar that occasionally hosts themed evenings on summer weekends. These events can bring a lively atmosphere to the street on those nights.
We have taken every possible measure to ensure your comfort, and most of our guests enjoy the vibrant and friendly atmosphere of the neighborhood. However, we prefer to be transparent so that you can plan your stay with full awareness.

A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned after check-out, provided no damage is reported (1750 Euros)
