The large, private, south facing, covered terrace at the front of the cottage, is a beautiful space to relax and admire the beautiful views on a warm autumn day.

There is a large bedroom downstairs with king size bed and a single bed, upstairs there is a large double bedroom and the third bedroom has three single beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

The separate cosy lounge is beautifully furnished and is equipped with a Plasma TV, DVD player, games console, large comfy sofas and log burner. The kitchen dining area has all the luxuries of home including a dishwasher and washing machine, with French doors leading onto your large covered south facing terrace.

Outside Amenities:  La Grange is set in the grounds of the owners house on approximately 6 acres of gardens and woodland. There is a large covered terrace to the front of the property with gas bbq, wooden table and chairs and a comfy sofa set.

Surrounding Area:  We are ideally located between the towns of Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Agen and Cahors, to explore one of the most unspoilt regions of France.

Our local village, Bourlens with its 11th century church and traditional narrow streets, is just a short walk away and the beautiful Bastide town of Tournon d’Agenais is just a little further. Here you will find local restaurants, bars and some essential shops. The nearest supermarkets are in Fumel, a short 10 minutes drive away.
