From here you step up to the dinning area and downstairs shower room.
On the first floor, large oak beams, dormer windows and beautiful views are wonderful features of both of the double bedrooms. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, one has a double bed the other a double and a single.

Outside Amenities:  La Laiterie is set in the grounds of the owners' houses on approximately 6 acres of gardens and woodland. There is a covered terrace to the front of the property with gas bbq and wooden table and chairs.

Surrounding Area:  We are ideally located between the towns of Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Agen and Cahors, to explore one of the most unspoilt regions of France.

Our local village, Bourlens with its 11th century church and traditional narrow streets, is just a short walk away and the beautiful Bastide town of Tournon d’Agenais is just a little further. Here you will find local restaurants, bars and some essential shops. The nearest supermarkets are in Fumel, a short 10 minutes drive away.
